The puppy you have purchased from Laura Rensink is guaranteed to be healthy at
the time of purchase. The puppy is current on vaccinations and deworming at the
time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep the vaccinations and
dewormings current. The puppy is guaranteed for 72 hours from the time of purchase
for any communicable diseases (Parvovirus, Distemper, Parainfluenza, Bordatella). If
the puppy should contract any of these diseases within the warranty period, notify me
immediately. If the puppy should die of any of the above listed diseases within the
warranty period, contact me within 3 days of death. A replacement puppy will be
provided from the next available litter of the same breed and sex. It will be the buyer’s
responsibility to provide a written veterinarian statement as to the cause of death or to
verify the illness.
The puppy is also guaranteed for one year against any hereditary or congenital
disorders that may interfere with the puppy’s ability to live a normal life. This covers
disorders such as heart murmur, skeletal abnormalities, and blindness. In the event of
such an occurrence, I will replace the puppy under the same conditions as stated
above providing a veterinarian statement is submitted to me within 5 days from the
date of diagnosis as to the nature of the condition. Under any circumstances noted
above, I may require examination by my veterinarian. Seller will not be responsible for
any expenses accrued with the up keep, medical treatment, or transportation of this
puppy at any time after the date of purchase.
Payment is being made to the seller in the form of cash, check, or money order. If
check is accepted, buyer guarantees there will be sufficient funds in the account to
cover the check. A service charge of $20.00 will be imposed. Seller will hold
registration papers until check has cleared.
